Health and Safety Regulations in the Pool Area
Health and Safety Rules in the Pool Area
- Operating hours: The pools are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Lifeguards: Lifeguards are present during all opening hours. Please note that it is mandatory to follow their instructions to ensure your safety and that of other guests. There is no lifeguard service before 10:00 AM, so swimming is strictly prohibited until then.
- Footwear in the Pool Area: The use of flip-flops or appropriate footwear is mandatory around the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure everyone's safety.
- Floating Objects and Games: The use of inflatable mats or other floating objects in the pool is not permitted, except for children who cannot swim, who must use floats or armbands for their safety.
- Ball Games: Ball games are only permitted in designated pools, provided they are played carefully, respecting the well-being and enjoyment of other guests. Please note that the lifeguard may revoke the exception and prohibit the game if, in their judgment, they observe that the rules are not being respected and that the game could cause a dangerous or disturbing situation for other guests.
- Adult Supervision: Children must always be under adult supervision while in the pool to prevent accidents.
- Personal Hygiene: To maintain water quality, it is recommended to shower before entering the pool. This helps ensure the hygiene and well-being of all users.
- Appropriate Attire: Street clothes are not permitted in the pool. Only appropriate swimwear is allowed.
- Health Condition: If you have infectious diseases or open wounds, you must not enter the pool for reasons of safety and hygiene. This measure is important to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe environment.
- Sun Protection: It is recommended to use sunscreen with a minimum protection factor of SPF 30, applying it 20 minutes before sun exposure. It is necessary to reapply it every 2-3 hours and after swimming. Avoid direct sun exposure during peak intensity hours (12:00-16:00).
- Drowning Prevention: Drownings often occur due to imprudence. Please always follow the rules and the lifeguards' instructions, and respect the acclimatization guidelines before swimming.
- Jumping and Diving: It is prohibited to jump or dive into the pool, as these practices can cause accidents and injuries.
- Music: Out of respect for all guests, the use of personal speakers is not permitted in the pool and sun lounger area.
- Personal Items: The hotel is not responsible for personal items lost in the pool area. It is recommended not to leave belongings unattended.
- No Reserving Sun Loungers: For the well-being of all, reserving sun loungers is not permitted. Our staff will remove towels placed before 10:00 AM to ensure equitable use of the facilities.
- Reduced Mobility: We have sun loungers reserved for people with reduced mobility, located near the pool access. Additionally, we have a hydraulic lift. You can ask the lifeguards to install it whenever and wherever necessary.
- Other Rules: To maintain water quality and ensure safety, smoking/vaping is prohibited outside designated areas (See Map) or consuming drinks in or at the edge of the pool. Please use the ashtrays provided to prevent environmental contamination.
- Slides: The small pool in the water park is equipped with slides and water games suitable for children of all heights. However, children under 120 cm in height will not be able to use the large water park slides.
